We only accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

The items should be returned unused, in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item(s), you must arrange for shipping at your own cost and retain a tracking number for your own records. The return address is:

Provide your order number, a description of the damage and attach pictures showing the product and the defect so the claim case can be assessed. 

We strive to reply to your claim within 1 – 2 business days.
