1) Scope & Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from stickygecko.me (the “Sticky Gecko”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at checkout applies to your order.

2) Products Made to Order

Most items (including personalized and custom-sized) are made to order. Product images are for illustration; minor color/finish variation may occur due to screens/printing tolerances.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown in AED and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors before or after order submission; if pricing changes affect your order, you’ll be contacted to confirm or cancel with a full refund.

4) Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order (e.g., stock/production constraints, suspected fraud, pricing error). If we cancel after payment, you’ll receive a prompt refund to the original payment method.

5) Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card data is processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

6) Production & Delivery

  • Production time: typically 1–2 business days after final artwork approval.
  • Delivery (UAE): 1–2 business days after production.
  • Shipping fees: Free over AED 150; AED 15 for orders under AED 150.
    Delivery windows exclude Fridays/public holidays and remote-area exceptions. (Aligns with reference shipping/returns layout.)

7) Risk of Loss & Damage in Transit

Items are carefully packed. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos/video. We’ll coordinate with the courier for a replacement; please hand the damaged parcel to the courier upon swap.

8) Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

  • Personalized/custom-size products: non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  • Standard products: return within 10 business days of receipt, unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds: processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval (bank timelines may vary).
    To start a return: email info@stickygecko.me with order number and reason.

9) User Content & Acceptable Use

Do not upload or share content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful/offensive. We may remove content or suspend access for misuse.

10) Privacy & Cookies (Short Notice)

We collect and use personal data to fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and—where permitted—send marketing (with an easy opt-out). We may share limited data with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, couriers, analytics/advertising partners). 11) Third-Party Services

Your data may transit through networks and be processed by third-party providers to deliver the service (e.g., payment, hosting, shipping). Credit card data remains encrypted in transit.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Sticky Gecko is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. (Common T&C clause in the region.)

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. (Aligned with UAE guidance.)
