Made-to-Order Production

All products are produced on demand. For personalized/custom-size items, the timeline starts after you approve the final artwork.

• Production time: 1–2 business days after artwork approval.
• Shipping (UAE): 1–2 business days via courier after production.
• Shipping fees: Free for orders over AED 150; AED 15 otherwise.

How to estimate delivery time: Production time + Shipping time.

Maximum Delivery Time

For posters and wall stickers, the total delivery time is typically up to 4 business days (production + shipping). We always aim to ship sooner when possible.

Delivery Issues

If delivery is delayed or you encounter any issue, contact info@stickygecko.me right away. We’ll liaise with the courier and keep you updated.

Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If a parcel returns due to an address error, we will treat it as a return, and a new order will need to be made.

Quality & Guarantee

We stand behind our print quality and materials. If a hidden manufacturing defect is found in any of our products, we’ll replace or refund promptly, and we will cover the cost of shipping. In that unlikely case start an exchange or refund process by emailing info@stickygecko.me

Issues caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions aren’t considered manufacturing defects. If unsure, contact us before installation—we’re happy to help.
