Important Information
Made-to-Order Production
All products are produced on demand. For personalized/custom-size items, the timeline starts after you approve the final artwork.
- Production time: 1–2 business days after artwork approval.
- Shipping (UAE): 1–2 business days via courier after production.
- Shipping fees: Free over AED 150; AED 15 otherwise.
How to estimate delivery: Production time + Shipping time.
Maximum Delivery Time
For posters and wall stickers, the total delivery time is typically up to 4 business days (production + shipping). We always aim to ship sooner when possible.
Delivery Issues
If delivery is delayed or you encounter any issue, contact info@stickygecko.me right away. We’ll liaise with the courier and keep you updated.
Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If a parcel returns due to an address error, we will treat it as a return, and a new order will need to be made.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If your items have not been personalized, you can get in touch with customer service on WhatsApp 00971522019581 or by email info@stickygecko.me and share your order number, and they will discuss the return and arrange a refund or exchange. If your product has been personalized, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective, in which case we ask you to contact us, and we will organize the return and refund.
- Standard items: return within 10 days, unused, in original packaging. We will organize refund or exchange.
- Refund timing: up to 5 days after the items have been returned (bank timelines may vary).
Start a return by emailing info@stickygecko.me with your order number. - The return shipping cost must be paid by you and is not covered by Sticky Gecko. The return is at your own risk, and therefore we recommend that you keep a postage receipt with a tracking number, to prove that the package was sent, if it gets lost in mail.
Quality & Guarantee
We stand behind our print quality and materials. If a hidden manufacturing defect is found in any of our products, we’ll replace or refund promptly, and we will cover the cost of shipping. In that case start an exchange or refund process by emailing info@stickygecko.me
Installation Notes
Issues caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions aren’t considered manufacturing defects. If unsure, contact us before installation—we’re happy to help.
